What do you mean by bubbling an event?

 Answer:

ASP.net provides a technique known as event bubbling which allows a child control to propagate events up iys hierarchy. It can also be said that when a control changes its state by the change in state of some other control. For example if a value is selected from a combo box it can change the value in the data grid also.
